No Refunds

We want to be upfront with our valued customers: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We believe in the quality of our products and encourage our customers to make informed decisions before purchasing. To assist you in choosing the correct size and style, we provide comprehensive size charts for each individual product. Please review these charts carefully, as they are tailored to each item’s specific fit and measurements. Should you have any questions about sizing or need further guidance, our customer service team is always here to help before you complete your purchase.


Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, especially when it comes to sizing. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
  • The product must be free from any signs of wear, makeup, or perfume.
  • Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement. If the item is unavailable in the requested size or colour, we will issue a store credit for future purchases.

Important: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the exchange process.


Non-Exchangeable Items

While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, certain items are non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Final sale items: These are deeply discounted or limited-time promotional items, and as such, all sales are final.
  • Accessories: Due to hygiene concerns, accessories cannot be exchanged.
  • Gift cards: Purchases made with gift cards are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
